Our Stripe payment security operates on encryption Level 1 PCI compliance.  We never see your credit card details, this is all handled by Stripe, who also look after larger business such as Deliveroo, Booking.com and Asos.  No information is stored on local hard drives.

Birth Year Watches Ltd engages in online social media advertising on social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Tracking and insurance of parcels

We aim to get every parcel to the customer as quickly and as safely as possible.  Items are always sent via a tracked service, insured with the courier assigned to deliver them.

Royal Mail – they deliver the majority of our UK parcels and lower value international parcels.  For UK parcels we use Special Delivery by 1PM, and the detail of this service can be found here.  For International orders we use International Tracked and Signed (where available, if not it is just Tracked), and you can find the details of this here.

DHL – We use DHL Express for more expensive parcels.  You can see their service program here.
