While we strive to send you a watch that will give many years of pleasure, occasionally things go wrong.  Old watches are similar in many ways to old cars – full of character, worn by interesting people etc – but they occasionally need more than routine service.

We are governed by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations too, so you can return a watch for any reason you want as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the watch, and return within 28 days.  Reputations are hard to gain and easy to loose, so we like to think we are more than fair with everyone.

Returns form

If you would prefer us to repair the watch and return it to you then this can usually be done, subject to parts availability.  It might take a few weeks, as good watchmakers can not (or will not) be rushed.  Repairs would not cost anything if we are notified of the fault inside the warranty period.  Please do not attempt to repair the problem yourself without our express permission, as this may invalidate the warranty.

Should you have any other questions you may always contact us.
