While we strive to send you the link you need, giving the exact measurements and clear photos whilst being able to answer any questions you may have. But if the watch link is not right, then it can be returned if you notify us with 14 days of receiving the link(s) and return within 28 days. Reputations are hard to gain and easy to loose, so we like to think we are more than fair with everyone, but if the link is wrong because of something we can’t control, like the customer not measuring their watch correctly, then we can’t refund the postage charge.
Obviously if that link is not correct then let us know why, and then we can see if we have the correct link.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
Always measure the link on your watch bracelet next to the one you want a new link to fit to.
Never assume it will fit – double check, as sometimes manufacturers had different bracelets that might look the same.
Unless stated, our links are used and will have some marks. When fitting to a used bracelet, that actually looks better!
